(“Marmara International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and controls all intellectual property rights related to our brand, furniture designs, product images, catalogues, marketing materials, website content, and all associated visual and written materials. This policy explains how our copyrighted content and visual assets may be used, reproduced, or distributed.

Retail partners must comply with the following conditions:

Visual materials must accurately represent Marmara International products and may not be used to promote unrelated products.

c. Branding Integrity

Marmara International logos or trademarks cannot be removed, replaced, or distorted.

d. Source Acknowledgment

Where applicable, visual materials should credit Marmara International as the content owner.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization is received:

• Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing our images or catalogs

• Using our visuals in association with offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Representing Marmara International products as belonging to another brand

• Using our images for competitive product promotion

• Training AI models with our images, videos, or text (unless approved by contract)

4. User-Generated Content

If customers share photos, videos, or reviews featuring Marmara International products, we may:

• Repost the content on social media

• Use it for marketing or promotional purposes

• Feature it on our website or catalog

This is done only with the customer’s consent. Consent may be granted verbally, in writing, or via public tagging (depending on the platform’s rules).

5. Trademark Policy

The name “Marmara International Furniture Inc.”, “Marmara International”, “MINT”, and all associated logos and brand marks are trademarked or used as commercial identifiers. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Dealers may use our name and logos only in the context of selling our official products.

6. Requests for Permission

Businesses, media, influencers, or individuals who wish to use our visual or written materials for:

• Press

• Promotional campaigns

• Video productions

• Educational purposes

• Third-party marketing

• Trade shows or exhibitions

must request permission by contacting us

7. Copyright Infringement and Enforcement

Marmara International reserves the right to:

• Issue removal requests (DMCA takedown notices)

• Request immediate deletion of unauthorized uses

• Terminate reseller or dealer relationships for misuse

• Pursue legal action where necessary

We take protection of our intellectual property seriously to maintain brand identity and product integrity.
