Warranty Conditions

At Marmara International Furniture Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional value, reliable quality, and a seamless business experience to all our wholesale partners. Each product we offer is crafted with attention to detail and sourced from reputable manufacturers to ensure long-term performance and customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy reflects our dedication to product excellence, transparency, and partner support.
1. Limited Warranty Period
Marmara International Furniture Inc. (“Marmara International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the authorized wholesale buyer.
This warranty is designed to protect our partners against defects related to:

Manufacturing
-
Materials
-
Workmanship
-
Structural integrity
under normal and intended usage conditions.
2. Who Is Covered
This warranty applies exclusively to wholesale buyers who purchase directly from Marmara International.
It is non-transferable and covers only the original wholesale account holder.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To initiate a warranty claim:

The wholesale buyer must notify Marmara International in writing within two (2) days from the moment the issue is discovered.

The notification must include:

A detailed description of the issue

Supporting images or video evidence
-
Any relevant documentation (invoice, SKU, batch number if applicable)
-
Claims submitted without proper documentation may result in delays or denial.
4. Evaluation and Inspection
After receiving the claim:

Our quality control team will review all documentation promptly.

Marmara International reserves the right to request additional images, ask for further details, or physically inspect the item.
All evaluations are handled professionally to ensure accurate and fair resolutions.
5. Repair, Replacement, or Refund
If the claim is approved, Marmara International will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the defective component,
-
Replace the item or component with an identical or comparable model, or
-
Issue a refund if no suitable replacement is available.
If the customer elects to choose a higher-value replacement item, the price difference must be paid by the wholesale buyer.
6. Transportation Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The wholesale buyer is responsible for transporting the item to Marmara International’s designated inspection or service location.

All shipping, handling, and transportation costs related to the warranty claim fall under the responsibility of the wholesale buyer.
If Marmara International does not handle the delivery, any damage caused during transportation is not covered by this warranty.
7. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence

Modifications or unauthorized repairs
-
Improper assembly or installation
-
Commercial misuse beyond intended purpose

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fabric pilling, discoloration, etc.)
-
Stains or damage from liquids, sunlight, humidity, or environmental conditions
-
Damage occurring during third-party transportation or delivery
-
Product variations such as natural wood grain patterns, minor fabric differences, or slight color changes that occur during production
Additionally:

Some products may be heavy or contain sharp edges.
Marmara International is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during handling, moving, or installation of products. -
If a delivery is cancelled or the address is incorrect, all related delivery fees and additional costs will be billed to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Marmara International’s liability is strictly limited to what is described in this warranty.
We are not liable for:

Lost profits
-
Business interruption
-
Incidental or consequential damages
-
Third-party labor or service fees
This warranty represents the full extent of our obligations regarding product defects.
9. Local Law Compliance
Certain provinces or jurisdictions may grant additional rights under consumer protection laws.
Where applicable, this warranty shall operate in harmony with such legal rights without restricting them.
